Chandra Prabhu International appoints Vatsal Jain as CEO for a five-year term

Chandra Prabhu International Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Vatsal Jain as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 16, 2026, for a term of 5 years, according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. The appointment was made to support the Managing Director in overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, and Mr. Jain previously served as Strategy Analyst and Head of Strategy (Agri Division) with Chandra Prabhu International Limited; he is the grandson of Managing Director Mr. Gajraj Jain and Promoter Mrs. Hemlata Jain, and the son of Promoter Mrs. Sheetal Jain.
