GNFC shareholders appointed B S R & Co. as statutory auditors for five years

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that shareholders at the company’s 50th Annual General Meeting approved the appointment of M/s. B S R and Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term starting from the conclusion of the 50th AGM until the conclusion of the 55th AGM.
