Susan Electricals India Limited acquires land in Uttar Pradesh to expand manufacturing facilities

Susan Electricals India Limited announced that its board of directors approved the purchase of approximately 1.96 hectare of land situated at Mauza Jaunmani, District Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, for a consideration of approximately Rs 22,00,00,000, to expand the company's manufacturing facilities and business operations. The transaction, which does not constitute a related party transaction, is expected to be completed within a period mutually agreed upon by the parties, subject to applicable legal and regulatory approvals.
