HDFC Bank allotted shares to employees under its Employees Stock Options Scheme

HDFC Bank Limited announced today the allotment of 25,21,106 equity shares to employees, pursuant to the exercise of options/RSU’s under its Employees Stock Options Scheme s (ESOS), increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from 15,41,41,79,062 equity shares to 15,41,67,00,168 equity shares.
