Century Plyboards shareholders re-appointed key directors and executives for five-year terms

Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Rajesh Kumar Agarwal and Prem Kumar Bhajanka as directors, and Sanjay Agarwal as CEO and Managing Director for a further period of five years effective July 1, 2026. Additionally, Ajay Baldawa was re-appointed as Executive Director (Technical) for five years effective July 1, 2026, and Nikita Bansal as Executive Director for five years effective February 1, 2027.
