Jainco Projects’ insolvency case before NCLT, Kolkata, has been withdrawn, order pending

Jainco Projects (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. on September 15, 2026, that a case filed against the company under section 7 for initiation of a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) before NCLT, Kolkata, has been withdrawn, with a final order still pending.
