Safa Systems & Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Anupabraham Thaliyaparambil Joseph as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to member approval, effective September 15, 2026. Mr. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has over a decade of experience in various sectors, and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any regulatory authority.
