BlueStone appoints Amit Jain to board as Sameer Nath retires following AGM

BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited announced that Mr. Sameer Dileep Nath retired by rotation from his role as Non-Executive Director at the company’s 15th Annual General Meeting on September 14, 2026. Simultaneously, the company appointed Mr. Amit Jain, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of CarDekho Group, as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective the same date.
