Pearl Global Industries approves bonus share allotment of 461.9 million shares to shareholders

Pearl Global Industries Limited announced that its Bonus Allotment Committee has approved the allotment of 4,61,90,542 fully paid-up bonus equity shares of face value Rs 5 each in a 1:1 ratio to shareholders as of the record date of September 11, 2026, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 23,09,52,710 to Rs 46,19,05,420.
