Indo Thai Securities approved issuance of Rs 10 crore debentures with Axis Trustee Services

Indo Thai Securities Limited announced that its Debenture Issuance, Allotment and Redemption Committee approved the issuance of secured, redeemable, unlisted, unrated, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) up to Rs 10 crore, and executed transaction documents with Axis Trustee Services Limited as the debenture trustee. The agreement, valued up to Rs 10,00,00,000 plus applicable interest, involves a floating charge over the company's shares and securities, with a mandatory security cover of 1.25x and requires filing of Form CHG-9 with the Registrar of Companies.
