B C C Fuba India Limited converts shares after receiving Rs 57,89,590.95 in call money

B C C Fuba India Limited announced that it has converted 1,52,468 partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up equity shares following the receipt of Rs 57,89,590.95 in first and final call money, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on Friday, September 11, 2026; 8,327 partly paid-up equity shares remain unpaid, and the company's paid-up equity share capital now stands at Rs 19,89,89,015, comprising 1,98,94,738 fully paid-up equity shares and 8,327 partly paid-up equity shares.
