Jubilant FoodWorks Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that the last working date of Mr. Narottam Sharma, Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer and Senior Managerial Personnel, has been revised to September 14, 2026, from September 18, 2026, as previously announced on July 22, 2026, due to his resignation to pursue an external opportunity.
