Tulasee Bio-Ethanol Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s Sandeep P. Parekh & Co., Practising Company Secretaries, as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years commencing from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, at its 38th Annual General Meeting held on September 10, 2026.
