SPV Global Trading Limited replaces its internal auditor due to a Mahindra Group transition

SPV Global Trading Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the cessation of M/s. CAS & CO. Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as Internal Auditor, effective September 10, 2026, due to a proposed transition of role within the Mahindra Group, and the appointment of M/s. Chhogmal & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as the new Internal Auditor, also effective September 10, 2026.
