Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories allotted shares to employees under its 2007 stock option scheme

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. announced the allotment of 375 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to eligible employees on September 10, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under the Dr. Reddy’s Employees ADR Stock Option Scheme, 2007, resulting in a total issued share capital of Rs. 83,46,81,285 /- and 83,46,80,285 equity shares.
