KAMA Realty to acquire up to 1.08% stake in SRF Limited from KAMA Holdings

KAMA Realty (Delhi) Limited disclosed plans to acquire up to 32,00,000 equity shares, representing up to 1.08% of the paid-up capital, of SRF Limited from KAMA Holdings Limited through an inter-se transfer, with the transaction expected to occur between September 9, 2026, and September 30, 2026. The acquisition will be executed in tranches at a price not exceeding 25% above the prevailing market price, and will not result in a change in control, management, or ultimate beneficial ownership of SRF Limited, which will remain a subsidiary of KAMA Holdings Limited.
