KAMA Holdings invests Rs 690.30 crore in subsidiary KAMA Realty for business growth

KAMA Holdings Limited announced that its board approved a share subscription agreement with its wholly owned subsidiary, KAMA Realty (Delhi) Limited, to subscribe to 1,17,000 equity shares on a private placement basis for a cash consideration of Rs 59,000 per share, totaling Rs 690.30 crore. The investment, intended to strengthen the capital structure and facilitate business growth, will not alter the control, management, or ownership of KAMA Realty (Delhi) Limited, which is engaged in real estate investment and has total income of Rs 1,430.99 crore for the fiscal year ending 2026.
