Equitas Small Finance Bank plans to seek board approval to issue lower Tier II bonds

Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited will seek approval from its board on September 16, 2026, to raise capital through the issuance of unsecured, subordinated, transferable, redeemable, fully paid up lower Tier II bonds in the form of non-convertible debentures via a private placement, subject to regulatory approvals, the bank said in a filing.
