Inflame Appliances appoints Amit Kaushik as Managing Director for a three-year term

Inflame Appliances Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of Mr. Amit Kaushik as Managing Director for a three-year term, effective September 7, 2026, and the change in designation of Mr. Aditya Kaushik from Chairman and Managing Director to Chairman and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective August 12, 2026. Mr. Kaushik, who previously served as Chief Executive Officer, will continue in that role alongside his new responsibilities as Managing Director, while Mr. Aditya Kaushik has been associated with the company since January 5, 2018.
