S.I.Capital’s board approved allotment of 75.75 million shares, raising paid-up capital

S.I.Capital & Financial Services Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 75,75,000 fully paid-up rights equity shares at a price of Rs 10.00 per share, pursuant to a letter of offer dated July 24, 2026, and in accordance with the basis of allotment approved by BSE Limited, increasing the company’s paid-up capital from Rs 5,05,00,000 to Rs 12,62,50,000.
