Astonea Labs terminated agreements with Astonea One and invested USD 10,000 in Astonea LLC

Astonea Labs Ltd. approved the immediate termination of agreements with Astonea One Private Limited, superseding a previous deferral from July 24, 2026, and also approved an initial capital investment of up to USD 10,000 in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Astonea LLC, in Wyoming, USA. The company’s board also approved the incorporation of “LONGEVITY SCIENCE PRIVATE LIMITED” as a subsidiary, noting a correction is underway regarding the initially submitted name, and took on record the cost audit report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
