Shriram Finance allotted Rs 2,220 crore in NCDs to refinance debt and fund electric vehicle financing

Shriram Finance Limited announced that its Allotment Committee approved and allotted senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, taxable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The company allotted 2,22,000 NCDs with a total issue size of Rs 2,220 crore, carrying a fixed coupon rate of 7.80% per annum, maturing on September 07, 2029. The proceeds will be utilized for refinancing existing NCDs, including financing/refinancing of electric vehicles.
