UTI AMC’s committee approved equity share allotment under its 2007 employee stock option scheme

UTI Asset Management Company Limited disclosed that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 200 equity shares under the ‘UTI AMC Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2007’ on September 9, 2026, increasing the issued and paid-up share capital from Rs 1,28,53,90,280 (12,85,39,028 equity shares) to Rs 1,28,53,92,280 (12,85,39,228 equity shares).
