Gretex Corporate Services allotted warrants to Ambition Tie-Up, increasing paid-up capital

Gretex Corporate Services Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 8,46,033 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, upon the conversion of warrants, to Ambition Tie-Up Private Limited, a promoter group entity. The allotment price, including a premium, was Rs 358 per share, resulting in a post-allotment paid-up capital of Rs 25,00,53,790 consisting of 2,50,05,379 equity shares.
