Adani Enterprises' AAHL secures investment from Alpha Wave, Premji Invest, Temasek, and BlackRock

Adani Enterprises Limited announced that it, along with Adani Airport Holdings Limited (“AAHL”), has entered into a shareholders’ agreement with Alpha Wave III, LP, PI Opportunities Fund -I Scheme - II ("Premji Invest"), Jongsong Investments Pte. Ltd. (“Temasek”), and several BlackRock entities, for raising funds by way of issuance of equity shares by AAHL to the identified investors for a stake of up to 5.54% in AAHL; AAHL is presently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited, which currently holds 100% of AAHL's equity share capital.
