Solapur Bioenergy Systems wins Rs 92.41 crore EPCOM contract from BPCL for a biogas plant in Kozhikode

Organic Recycling Systems Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Solapur Bioenergy Systems Private Limited (SBESPL), has secured a Rs 92.41 crore Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance (EPCOM) contract from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) for a compressed biogas (CBG) plant in Kozhikode, Kerala. This award, dated September 8, 2026, brings the total value of EPCOM contracts won from BPCL within a week to Rs 259.71 crore across Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, and Kerala, representing approximately 15 cumulative plant-years of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) revenue. The project, which includes a five-year O&M mandate, is expected to be mechanically completed within 12 months and fully commissioned within 15 months.
