Bluspring Enterprises Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research Private Limited has assigned ratings of ‘IND A/Stable/IND A1’ to its Bank Loan Facilities amounting to 500, reflecting the rating of its material subsidiary, Vedang Cellular Services Private Limited, and also noting that Bluspring Enterprises Ltd is the parent company of VCSPL; India Ratings has also assigned a rating of ‘IND A/Stable/IND A1’ to the same Bank Loan Facilities, also amounting to 500, with no other rating agencies providing data or enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to any instruments.
