Karnataka Bank allotted 45,800 equity shares under its Employees Stock Option Scheme

Karnataka Bank Ltd. announced the allotment of 45,800 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each on September 8, 2026, to grantees who exercised vested options under the Karnataka Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2023, as approved by the Managing Director & CEO.
