Aeroflex Enterprises shareholders re-elected Uma Manoj Mandavgane for a five-year director term

Aeroflex Enterprises Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Uma Manoj Mandavgane as a Non-Executive Independent Woman Director for a second term of five years, commencing May 31, 2027, and ending May 30, 2032, at the company's 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 8, 2026. Mrs. Mandavgane, who has served as an Independent Director since May 31, 2024, is an Associate Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor with over three decades of experience in risk advisory and corporate finance.
