Hindustan Petroleum reappointed its statutory auditors following a government advisory

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited announced it received a letter from the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India on September 8, 2026, advising the continuance of its existing statutory auditors, S K Patodia & Associates LLP, Batliboi & Purohit, and D V Ramana Rao & Co, under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.
