Tilaknagar Industries’ board approved equity share allotment to employees via ESOP schemes

Tilaknagar Industries Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 424,025 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to employees under various ESOP schemes, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 2,47,47,38,750 to Rs 2,47,89,79,000.
