Alliance Integrated Metaliks postpones board meeting to September 11th for borrowing consideration

Alliance Integrated Metaliks Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the board meeting previously scheduled for September 10, 2026, to consider raising funds through convertible or non-convertible, secured or unsecured borrowings, has been rescheduled to September 11, 2026, due to unavoidable circumstances; the company’s trading window for securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the meeting’s conclusion, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
