Bandhan Bank states Mastercard credit card launch isn’t a material event

Bandhan Bank Limited clarified on September 8, 2026, that the launch of its credit card portfolio in collaboration with Mastercard on September 7, 2026, does not constitute a material event requiring disclosure under SEBI regulations, following a 4.62% increase in the bank's scrip price from Rs 164.50 to Rs 172.10.
