India Shelter Finance Corporation’s employee stock options boosted paid-up share capital

India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited announced the allotment of 2,00,604 equity shares of Rs 5 each to employees through the exercise of vested stock options under its ESOP schemes on September 8, 2026. Consequently, the company's paid-up share capital increased to Rs 54,58,36,585, comprising 10,91,67,317 equity shares, up from Rs 54,48,33,565 and 10,89,66,713 shares previously.
