Svam Agritech Limited’s board approved a registered office change and auditor appointments

Svam Agritech Limited, formerly known as Svam Software Limited, announced that its board approved a change of registered office to S-524, Neelkanth House, New Delhi, effective September 8, 2026, and reconstituted its audit committee with Ritu Tiwari as chairperson and Gunjan Mittal and Megha Panchal as members. The board also recommended the appointment of M/s. Jyoti Harpalani & Associates as statutory auditors to fill a casual vacancy until the 34th Annual General Meeting and for a five-year term from fiscal year 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval, and appointed M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates as secretarial auditor for a five-year term from 2026-2031, also subject to shareholder approval.
