Race Eco Chain subsidiary receives Rs 4.67 crore investment, parent retains majority stake

Race Eco Chain Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Ganesha Recycling Chain Private Limited, has allotted 93,379 0.01% Compulsorily Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares with a face value of Rs 10 each for an aggregate consideration of Rs 4,66,89,500 to Race Eco Chain Limited, maintaining the parent company’s 51% ownership stake.
