Addi Industries Limited named Rawal & Co. Secretarial Auditor for five years, starting fiscal 2026-27

Addi Industries Limited appointed M/s Rawal & Co. as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for a period of five consecutive years, commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, the company said in a filing on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. The Board also approved the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and fixed September 30, 2026, as the date for the 44th Annual General Meeting, which will be held via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The company will dispatch the notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report to shareholders in due course, and a cut-off date of September 23, 2026, has been set to record shareholder eligibility for electronic voting.
