Addi Industries Limited said its board approved the appointment of M/s Rawal & Co. as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years, commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the company’s annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and fixed September 30, 2026, as the date for the 44th Annual General Meeting, which will be held via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The company further announced a cut-off date of September 23, 2026, for shareholder voting rights and a remote e-voting period from September 27, 2026, to September 29, 2026.
