UTL Industries shutters insider trading window ahead of September financial results release

UTL Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by insiders, connected persons, and designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the public announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ending September 30, 2026.
