Ortin Global Limited appoints Prakash Sawant as Managing Director for a three-year term

Ortin Global Limited, formerly Ortin Laboratories Limited, announced changes to its board of directors following a meeting on September 7, 2026. Murali Krishna Murthy Sanka will transition from Managing Director to Non-Executive Director, while Prakash Prashant Sawant will assume the role of Managing Director for a three-year term, both effective September 7, 2026. Prakruti Prashant Sawant resigned as Whole-time Director due to professional commitments, and Parveen Satija was appointed as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director for two years, also effective September 7, 2026. The company’s 39th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026, to be held via video conference or other audio-visual means.
