Max Healthcare’s stake in Kalinga Hospital increases with Rs 87.87 crore rights offering

Max Healthcare Institute Limited announced it received confirmation from Kalinga Hospital Ltd., a subsidiary, of the allotment of 50,21,212 equity shares on a rights basis, representing an infusion of Rs 87.87 crore, increasing Max Healthcare’s shareholding in Kalinga Hospital Ltd. from approximately 58.28% to approximately 66.15%.
