Midwest Energy Limited, formerly known as Midwest Gold Limited, announced that the board of directors approved the appointment of Mrs. Soumya K as Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a period of five years, effective September 30, 2026, subject to member approval. The company also appointed Mr. Srikant Kumar P as Scrutinizer for the 36th Annual General Meeting and Bigshare Services Private Limited as the agency for providing remote e-voting facility, with a cut-off date of Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
