GMR Airports secures approval to issue bonds up to Rs 1,500 crore for refinancing

GMR Airports Limited has received approval from its Management Committee to issue 1,50,000 5% coupon, INR 1 lakh face value, Listed, Unsecured, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Bonds, aggregating up to Rs 1,500 crore, on a private placement basis for a tenure of up to 36 months to refinance existing NCBs of the same amount.
