Cranes Software reappointed Asif Khader as Managing Director and Chairman for five years

Cranes Software International Limited announced that its board of directors approved the reappointment of Mr. Asif Khader as Managing Director and Chairman for a further term of 5 years, subject to member approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. The board also approved the appointment of Ms. Akthar Begum as a Non-Executive Director, also pending member approval, while noting the completion of Ms. Akthar Begum’s tenure as an Independent Director. Mr. Khader holds 4,10,02,500 Equity Shares in the company.
