Ortin Global Limited appoints Prakash Sawant as Managing Director for a three-year term

Ortin Global Limited, formerly Ortin Laboratories Limited, announced changes to its board of directors following a meeting on September 7, 2026. Murali Krishna Murthy Sanka will transition from Managing Director to Non-Executive Director, while Prakash Prashant Sawant will assume the role of Managing Director for a three-year term, both effective September 7, 2026. Prakruti Prashant Sawant resigned as Whole-time Director due to professional commitments, and Parveen Satija was appointed as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director for two years, also effective September 7, 2026. The company’s 39th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026.
