United Polyfab Gujarat appoints Paliwal & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years

United Polyfab Gujarat Limited announced that its board approved the appointment of M/s. Paliwal & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive financial years from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 16th Annual General Meeting, and appointed Mr. Gagan Nirmal Kumar Mittal as Chairman and Managing Director for a further period of five years with effect from October 1, 2026.
