Mipco Seamless Rings closes its member register September 23-29 for its AGM

Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for the purpose of the company's 46th Annual General Meeting, as per Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013.
