Sharat Industries will close its register of members from September 23-30 for its AGM

Sharat Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, inclusive, for the purpose of the company’s 36th Annual General Meeting.
