Epuja Spiritech approves employee stock options, appoints scrutinizer for AGM in 2026

EPUJA SPIRITECH LIMITED, formerly known as Sagar Productions Limited, announced that its board approved a grant of Employee Stock Options equal to or more than 1% of the issued capital under the Epuja Spiritech Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026, subject to shareholder approval, and appointed Ms. Megha Samdani of M/s M K Samdani & Co. as Scrutinizer for the company’s 47th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio visual means, with a record date of September 22, 2026.
