New Light Industries appoints Saurabh Agrawal as Managing Director for one year

New Light Industries Limited, formerly known as New Light Apparels Limited, approved the regularization of Mr. Saurabh Agrawal’s appointment as Managing Director for a period of one year, commencing March 23, 2026, and appointed M/s. Kapish Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the company’s Statutory Auditors for five years, at a board meeting held on September 7, 2026.
